Products

All products are made-to-order via print-on-demand. Minor variations in color, print placement, or sizing can occur and are not defects.

Payments

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Shipping

Processing time: typically 2–5 business days, then carrier transit time. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for defective or damaged items as described in our Return & Refund Policy (see below).

Governing Law

Because our products are custom-made on demand, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items.

Defective / Damaged Items

1. Email support@pbppub.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. We will review and (if approved) offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized products (unless defective).
• Items returned without prior approval.
• Items outside the return window.

Refunds & Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

We cover return shipping for approved defective items. Customers are responsible in other cases.
