Returns & Refunds

All of our products are custom printed and made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item arrives:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect due to a fulfillment error

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. If eligible, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
All items are final sale unless they meet the conditions above. This includes apparel, mugs, tote bags, desk mats, phone cases, and all other print-on-demand products.

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

We'll review your request and respond within 48 hours.
