At PBP PUBLISHING, all products are custom printed and made to order. Below are our shipping terms:

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Since items are made to order, production times may vary depending on the product.

2. Shipping Times

  • Average delivery times within the United States: 7–14 business days after production.

  • International shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the product type, weight, and destination.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@pbppub.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

  • We will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.
